| How do you match the colour of my vehicle? |
| From your vehicle’s paint code we can match the exact colour or obtain a paint formulation. Most paint colour’s can be reproduced exactly, which is vital for a successful SMART repair! |
| Can you come out to me at the weekend? |
| Our working days are Monday to Saturday. During the summer we will also work longer hours as daylight permits. |
| Can you repair my vehicle if the weather is bad? |
| We carry a portable, heavy duty, gazebo with heating and lighting, which allows us to work in most weather conditions. Alternatively we do have access to a workshop when we need to take cover.

| How long does a repair take? |
| We want to provide the best quality repair possible so this varies depending on the size of the repair. On average between 2 and 5 hours from start to finish.

| How long after the repair has been completed can I drive my vehicle? |
| Immediately. |
| What size repairs do you undertake? |
| We specialise in small to medium sized repairs but can carry out whole panel repairs or resprays in our workshop. |
| How much will my repair cost? |
| It is difficult to give a quote for repairs without first seeing the damage as the cost will depend on the amount of work involved, but we will be very happy to discuss pricing and provide a fully inclusive price for the repair FREE with no obligation to you before you decide to proceed with the repairs. |
